Pay Rates (Hourly) : Days: £26 Saturdays/Nights: £30.70 Sunday/Bank Holidays: £34
 
CPL Healthcare are actively looking for an experienced Social Worker

All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months paid experience within a similar role from the last 3 years
 
Duties:
To be conversant with the Children Act, the Care Act and the Mental Health Act and be able to work with this legislation to maximize safe and effective care planning
Providing physical support which can involve helping with household tasks and personal care
Providing emotional support for the patient and their family.
Helping with health care needs, including routine checks or providing them with medication
Helping to develop personal skills through hobbies and interests.
Teaching vital life skills, such as shopping, using public transport and paying for bills.
Working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all care needs meet the highest possible standards.
