Pay Rates (Hourly) : Days: £26 Saturdays/Nights: £30.70 Sunday/Bank Holidays: £34
 
CPL Healthcare are actively looking for experienced Senior Practitioner

All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months paid experience within a similar role from the last 3 years
 
Duties:
Provide specialist clinical knowledge, expertise and support to the nursing team
Have an oversight of the clinical and care needs of all patients, supporting the primary nurses in working with patients, their families
Diagnostic and risk uncertainty, with proactive clinical risk assessment and management when planning care and interventions with clinical colleagues.
Constructively reviewing nursing practice in the ward, leading by example, and providing expert knowledge to the nursing and wider MDT on a speciality or individual patient basis
Providing education and development of nurses and HCAs within the ward
