Job Description:
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week
Assessing and treating an inpatient case load.
Liaising closely with the MDT and facilitating discharge
.
Must have a sound knowledge of all areas of inpatients and discharge planning.
 
Requirements:
HCPC registration
6 months NHS experience minimum
Right to Work in the UK
