We are currently recruiting for a, Band 8a Formulary Pharmacist to work on an ongoing basis in Buckinghamshire. Please see details of the role below;
 
Details:
Role: Band 8a Formulary Pharmacist
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9am - 5pm 
Pay: £36ph
Start: ASAP
Length: Ongoing
Skills: Willing to take a candidate who has worked in the following areas of pharmacy:  Medication Safety Formulary Medicines Information Governance and Policy roles  Medicines Use or Optimisation.
 
 
Requirements:
NHS experience (6 months minimum)
Right to Work in the UK
GPHC Registration (unless applying for Assistant roles)
