ICU Nurse

Description

We are currently recruiting for ICU Nurses for our client based in Bournemouth for winter pressures up until April 2021. Our client is looking for people who have previous experience looking after patient on an ICU ward.
Duties:
Carries out a full range of registered nurse duties, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patient’s condition and care with support from the nurse in charge
Maintains a safe environment when caring for patients, including those patients requiring frequent levels of monitoring.
Able to prioritise nursing care, recognise deterioration in a patient’s condition and alert senior staff immediately.
Maintain accurate, contemporaneous and legible written records of care
