Description

I am currently looking for 10 community Healthcare Assistants to work on the intermediate care teams across 4 locations in the Cambridgeshire area. Service runs 7 days a week, 08:00 - 22:00 shift work. Contracts available start from 3 - 6 months and are ongoing.
Locations: Cambridge x 3, Huntingdon x2, Peterborough x 3, Ely x2
Job description:
To support recently discharged patients from Acute
Hospitals to cover for lower capacity in region. Previous experience not
essential as training will be delivered.
Desire to deliver care for patients, ability to travel to patients’ homes, compassion, respect, and dignity awareness for
patients essential.
