Rates: Days - £11.07, Saturdays - £13, Sundays - £16
Locations: Cambourne or Hinchingbrooke Hospital or Ely
Hours: 7 days a week, 08:00-22:00, Shift work
Job Description: Support of recent discharged patients from Acute Hospitals to cover for lower capacity in region. Previous experience NOT essential as training will be delivered.

Ability to travel to patients homes
