Band 7 CAMHS Access Worker - Barking

CPL Healthcare UK are on the lookout for Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurses in Kent
We are framework approved and currently supply to a large number of NHS hospitals across the whole of London and the South East allowing us to place you within a trust most suitable for you.
This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who can start ASAP
 
Address: Barking
Working Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, able to consider Flexi, On Site, Virtual and remote working inclusive of Saturdays and later hours during the week.
Duration: 3 Months
Responsibilities: To support unplanned episodes of care within the front door of the CAHS service for children presenting in crisis via Mental Health Direct, Those with Urgent Referrals and the uptake of 5 Day Follow ups after A&E presentations for menta health crisis. There is also an expectation that when required the Access Workers will attend Schools where Children are in mental health crisis
Skills: The post-holder will be a graduate qualified health care professional (e.g. Nurse, Social Worker), or will have substantial CAMHS clinical experience and where appropriate will be fully registered with the appropriate professional or regulatory body (e.g. HCPC, NMC).
 
Job requirements are as follows:
- Strong communication skills
- ASAP start
- All shift patterns available to suit
 
The successful candidate must have the following criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months’ UK experience within an NHS Trust or Care Home
- Be up to date with PMVA/Breakaway/MAPA training
 
-Be able to provide UK references, Immunisations report and must have a valid NMC pin.
