Band 6 RMN

Description

We are currently recruiting for Band 6 RMN for our NHS client based in Nottingham.
This role will involve working in 2 of the trusts care homes, working with elderly with a diagnosis of dementia/delirium for an ongoing contract.
Duties:
Robust risk assessment in line with Government and Trust guidelines.
A nurse consultative capacity within a multi-agency environment.
Management of complex cases
Seamless service between primary and secondary care services.
Initial specialist mental
health assessment for the patient group which is evidence based and in line
with government guidelines
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience within a similar role
NMC Registered
