Cpl in partnership with our client, a leading Allied Healthcare organisation in Melbourne, Australia are currently recruiting permanent Occupational Therapists to provide high quality OT services to a broad range of clients with various chronic and complex conditions and /or complex disabilities.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
A strong commitment to excellence and quality in the provision of occupational therapy services with a sound working knowledge of quality principles and accreditation.
Highly developed leadership skills and the ability to act as a positive role model for staff.
Strong planning, time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise accordingly.
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills to ensure the achievement of quality outcomes.
Well-developed communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
SALARY
The annual salary will be in line with the current Australian AHP pay scales, with further progression beyond this based on merit.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience
Registration with Occupational Therapy Council Australia
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Experience in community-based assessment and rehabilitation including equipment prescription (basic through to complex), home modifications (basic through to complex), mental health and paediatric services and linking through onward referrals and service identification and sourcing.
