CPL uk are looking for an experienced Band 6 Senior Community Mental Health Nurse to work throughout Essex. You will be expected for work 37.5 hr per week.
You will be responsible for:
Provide and oversee the management and care of service users
Conduct risk assessment of the individual and of the potential hazards in the service users environment.
Undertake physical health checks of service users and act on the findings, appropriately and in a timely manner.
Be competent in the use of relevant screening and assessment tools and supervise lower banded staff to undertake this function.
Lead in the continuing development of a high quality service that is underpinned by evidence based practice, care pathways/packages, NICE and DOH Guidance.
PAY RATES: £26-£34 p/h (rates can be escalated for the right candidate).
REQUIREMENTS:
Registered with NMC.
Experience within a community setting.
Completions of all required degrees and diplomas.
