My client, a large mental health NHS trust located in Oxfordshire is looking for a band 6 CPN/ Memory Nurse for an ongoing contract.
This position is Mon-Fri 9-5 equating to 37.5hrs per week.
Job role is as below;
Carrying out assessments for people who are attending a Memory assessment service.
Carrying out medication and compliance reviews and cognitive assessments with older adults with dementia.
It is clinic based, so a car driver is helpful but not essential.
