We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 CPN for our client based in Nottingham for a 3 month contract with the possibility of this being extended.
This role will involve working within the community with service users in need of mental health support.
This role will include:
Case management
Conducting Assessments of the service users needs
Working with other members within the MDT team to deliver the best care
Essential requirements:
Previous experience within a similar role
Must be a car driver
