We are framework approved and currently supply to a large number of NHS hospitals across the whole of London and the South East allowing us to place you within a trust most suitable for you.

Job requirements are as follows:
- Strong communication skills
- ASAP start
- All shift patterns available to suit
 
The successful candidate must have the following criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months’ UK experience within an NHS Trust or Care Home
- Be up to date with PMVA/Breakaway/MAPA training
 
 
ROLE: Band 5 Specialist Care Coordinator (Social worker)
TEAM: WF -MHWT formally WF -CRT (WFNL)
ADDRESS: Walthamstow, London
WORKING HOURS:   37.5  per week
DURATION: ASAP - 30/07/2022
RESPONSIBILITIES: Care coordinator : visiting clients, supporting them with their depot medication, housing issues and general care coordinating role with Waltham forest
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Community experience working and care coordination of clients  in the community and similar settings
 
 
-Be able to provide UK references, Immunisations report and must have a valid NMC pin.
