Team: B&D ACCESS and ASSESSMENT
Address:Barking
Working Pattern: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Role: Assessment, Intervention, administration of medication, follow up appointments, problem solving, solution focussed, attending clinics, risk assessment and planning, monitoring of mental state, discussing problems and solutions within the team.
Skills: Good communication skills, good mental health assessment skills, good risk assessment and monitoring RiO trained and well-practiced in use, previous community mental health team work, good interpersonal skills, positive working.
Duration 3 months, starting ASAP.
