I am currently working with a private mental health client located in Mid-Essex, who have a need for HCA's to work a range of shifts being Long days. lates, earlies and the occasional night.
Candidates are required to attend MAPA training in order to work here.
This position is outside of IR35 so a limited company can be used for pay.
Rates are as below;
Days - £12.00/hr
Nights/Saturdays - £16.50/hr
Sunday/Bank holidays - £22.00/hr
