CPL uk are looking for an experienced Band 2 Community Rehabilitation Assistant to work in the in the Essex, Rayleigh. You will be expected to work adhoc shifts.
You will be responsible for:
Undertake through individual care plans, personal, practical and rehabilitative duties as set by staff including nurses, therapists and associate practitioners.
Be familiar with the steps necessary in an emergency and be able to act accordingly.
Ensure the needs of carers and relatives are listened too and incorporated into service needs by reporting these back to shift leaders.
Ensuring the values outlined in the NHS constitution are adhered to daily.
be an active member of this domiciliary rehabilitation team, providing short term, high quality rehabilitation in a community environment.
PAY RATES: £11-£21 p/h (rates can be escalated for the right candidate).
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience within a community in the same role or similar.
