Pay Rates (Hourly) : Days: £26 Saturdays/Nights: £30.70 Sunday/Bank Holidays: £34
 
CPL Healthcare are actively looking for an experienced Senior Community Nurse

All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months paid experience within a similar role from the last 3 years
 
Duties:
Provide and oversee the management and care of service users
Conduct risk assessment of the individual and of the potential hazards in the service user’s environment
Act as a care coordinator/and or key worker
Report and document incidents
Lead group work such as relaxation, health promotion, hearing voices, anger management etc
Skills:
