My client, a large NHS trust located in High Wycombe are looking for a CPN/Memory Nurse to work an initial 3 month contract.
This will involved carrying out assessments for people who are attending a Memory assessment service. Carrying out medication and compliance reviews and cognitive assessments with older adults with dementia.
Car driver is helpful but not essential.
