We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 CPN for our NHS Client based in Birmingham.
We are looking for someone to join our clients Early Intervention team based in Sandwell, this will be a contracted role that will be ongoing for 3 months, working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Duties:
Act as a Care Co-ordinator for service users engaged within the Early Intervention Team.
Use agreed assessment tools and outcome measures as appropriate for Early Intervention.
Contribute to the Early Intervention recovery programme, including delivering psychosocial group interventions as appropriate.
Use evidence based interventions such as cognitive behavioural therapy and techniques.
As this role involves working within the community a car driver is essential for this role.
