We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Physio, to work on an ongoing basis in Surrey. Please see details of the role below;
 
Details:
Role: Band 6 Physio - Urgent Community Response (UCR) team. To undertake assessments, clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients including telephone triage, multi-factorial falls assessments, and patients who may require crisis management and/or rehabilitation interventions to prevent acute hospital admissions and to support complex hospital discharges. These patients often have complex presentations. Providing specialist individualised rehabilitation packages of care to patients referred from the community in crisis, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and supporting complex discharges from hospitals to enable patients to maximise independence in the most appropriate care setting. 
Hours: Mix of shift patterns between 8am-8pm - 7 days per week - Full time/part time
Pay: £25 per hour
Start: ASAP 
Length: Ongoing
 
Requirements:
NHS experience (6 months minimum)
Right to Work in the UK
HCPC Registration
