We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist, to work on an ongoing basis in Cheshire. Please see details of the role below;
 
Details:
Role: Band 6 Community Physiotherapist - neuro, orthopaedics, frailty, falls, MSK and other general conditions
Days: Monday - Friday 
Hours: 37.5
Pay: £25
Start: ASAP
Length: Ongoing
 
Additional Info:
We have a therapist on duty daily to respond to urgent community response to support with hospital admission avoidance alongside our regular therapy rehab patients. We also have PW2 beds within Crewe that we support with therapy intervention and facilitation of discharge from these beds.
 
Requirements:
NHS experience (6 months minimum)
Right to Work in the UK
HCPC Registration
